YouTube video on Grief & Loss

During the time I was studying to become certified as a Clinical EFT Practitioner, I decided to try my hand at creating some Tapping videos to show how EFT can be helpful. This one is on dealing with the feelings of grief and loss. Included are a poem by Rumi and another one by Ijeoma Umebinyuo.
