Transformative Counselor and EFT Coach

I have been in the mental health field for over 35 years as a master's level Counselor and Care Coordinator. I decided to become certified as a Clinical EFT Practitioner because I started to see profound changes in others as well as myself when I began to use these techniques.

Along the way, I have studied a variety of alternative healing modalities including Shamanic practices (I have been part of an active Shamanic Journey group for over 11 years) and have received training in Shamanic methods - (trained by Michael Harner, Sandra Ingerman, and others).

I have also been a Reiki healer for about 10 years (level II Reiki from the Usui lineage) and a student of the Abraham teachings for a little over 25 years.

I have been an ordained minister for the Universal Life Church for over 20 years.

​My goal is to help clients emerge from living an existence filled with stress, struggle, anxiety and depression to create lives filled with hope, empowerment and enthusiasm.
